At Career City Fest 2024, Skill Event Marketing Company partnered with Digitain to create The Voice of GEN - a gamified activation that transformed employer preference research into an interactive and visually compelling experience. Instead of relying on static surveys, we designed an immersive, data-driven installation that allowed attendees to engage, vote, and share their views on what truly mattered when choosing an employer.
The result was a seamless blend of research, engagement, and brand visibility, making The Voice of GEN one of the most impactful activations at the festival.

Gamified Data Collection
To ensure high engagement, we introduced a hybrid research format:
  • Live ball voting – Attendees cast their votes using color-coded balls, choosing from key employer selection criteria such as Salary, Career Growth, and Work Environment.
  • Digital surveys – A QR-based questionnaire captured deeper insights into participant preferences.
This approach made data collection effortless, engaging, and highly visual.

Strategic Placement for Maximum Impact
The installation was placed at the festival entrance, ensuring maximum visibility and foot traffic. The setup naturally attracted attendees, creating a steady flow of participation throughout the event.


Live Visualization & Instant Feedback
Unlike traditional research methods, The Voice of GEN provided an immediate, real-time visual representation of employer preferences. As votes accumulated, the transparent containers filled with color, allowing participants to instantly see which factors mattered most.
