Executive Assistant
About the role
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the founder of the company by managing schedules, communication, special projects, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle diverse tasks and solve problems with a high level of professionalism.

What you’ll do
  • Support the Founder in planning daily tasks and priorities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Oversee task management and workflows using the Wrike platform
  • Assist in organizing meetings and internal sessions
  • Coordinate activities aimed at building and strengthening the company’s corporate culture
  • Handle document management and provide translations (Armenian–Russian–English) when needed
  • Maintain and monitor the Founder’s calendar, including meetings and travel arrangements
  • Execute the Founder’s assignments promptly and accurately
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

What we’re looking for
  • At least one year of experience as an assistant or in a similar position
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly in various situations
