The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing the company’s brand identity, creating visual content, and ensuring high-quality design across all projects.

What you’ll do
- Develop and implement full event branding (Full Event Branding) by creating cohesive and impressive visual solutions.
- Create design concepts (main design) for events and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and design social media visuals for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop motion designs (motion, animation) and videos using multimedia tools.
- Prepare printed materials such as posters, booklets, brochures, and more.
- Develop 3D booth designs for events.
- Perform photo processing and editing (photo editing).
- Adapt designs for various sizes and purposes, ensuring visual balance and quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Regularly present reports on completed work.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of graphic design.
- Excellent knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, Blender/any other 3D software, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Work experience with various formats (social media, print, etc.).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Good command of Armenian, Russian, and English.
- Stress tolerance and readiness to work under tight deadlines and, when required, on weekends or beyond regular working hours, taking into account the specific nature of the company’s event-related activities.
- Knowledge of the Wrike platform will be considered an advantage.

What you’ll do
- Develop engaging content for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) in line with the brand’s strategic goals
- Collaborate with the designer to receive high-quality and trend-aligned visuals
- Actively participate in filming processes and create short, trendy videos
- Develop the SMM strategy for the company and its events, tailored to the target audience
- Regularly measure content performance and improve it based on key metrics
- Present performance reports to management, including both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Stay up to date with local and international market trends, as well as social media algorithm updates, in order to create effective and relevant content
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in SMM or digital content creation
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
- Experience using CapCut, VN, and similar content-editing tools
- Strong attention to detail for flawless and professional content delivery
- Willingness to explore industry trends and consistently grow professionally
